"I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a trainer in and around Keene. My goals in working with a trainer were to increase my strength and sculpt my body and improve my balance. I wasn’t seeing the improvement I wanted working out at the gym by myself.
I started training with Laura 10 weeks ago and I have already seen gains even in this short time. I am not done yet though. I know I will continue to improve with her guidance and encouragement.
Laura takes the time to get to know you. She assesses you at your first meeting and tailors your workout to meet your goals. She corrects your technique so that you learn the proper way to do the exercises in order to gain the most benefit and reduce the risk of any injury. She incorporates new exercises to keep the workout engaging and fun. This variety also allows you to learn new exercises you can incorporate into your workout on the days when you are not training with her.
