My Fitness App

My fitness app is available to clients after an in-person consultation. During this session, I assess your fitness goals, current level, and any specific needs to design a personalized program just for you. The in-person consultation also allows me to teach each exercise with proper form and technique, ensuring you feel confident and safe performing your workouts on your own.

Once your program is created, I’ll set up your app with your customized workouts, instructions, and progress tracking tools. This process ensures your app experience is fully tailored to your goals and sets you up for success.
